Microtherm
Hegarty, Cusack, O'Connor are the new owners/developers of the Microtherm site and have plans to build approx 90 houses and 12 retail units on the site. There appears to be some delay in the planning permission process. We gather issues of balance between retail and light industrial units may be an issue
